Preparing a project brief

The project brief tool processes the details you enter in your browser. It does not submit those details to a server and does not save them in cookies or local storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears the form, subject to your browser’s own form restoration features.

If you copy or download a brief, that copy is handled by your device. If you choose to open an email application, review the message and recipient there before sending. Preparing a brief on this website does not send an enquiry.

Website requests

Your browser requests pages, images, fonts, video and model files from the website’s hosting service. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver and protect the website.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and which device types they use. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and sends usage information, including your IP address and browser details, to Google.

Google Analytics does not receive what you type into the project brief tool. This website does not set advertising cookies. Fonts and the visual assets used on the website are served with the site.

Information you share

Share only the information needed to describe an initial project enquiry. Please do not include passwords, personal identity documents, confidential drawings or other sensitive material in an initial brief.

If you send an enquiry to the company, the information can be used to respond and discuss the project. Further arrangements for project documents and confidential information should be agreed directly.

Keep a copy of any brief you prepare. This website’s brief tool does not receive or retain it.
